Honey salt scrub to the feet to encourage blood flow and to help with dry cracked feet from the seasons footwear, followed by a deep moisturiser to hydrate and relax tired feet.
Taping
Taping is used restrict the movement of injured joints, soft tissue compression to reduce swelling. support anatomical structures, and as protection from re-injury.
These new options can be added to any regular massage appointment, and are completed within your booked appointment time and must be booked along with your massage booking to allow for preparation of service.
