Jennifer was born and raised in Stittsville Ontario and has created her clinic to service her hometown. She also divides her time between Stittsville and Lanark clinics.

Jennifer’s practice started in both spa and clinic settings, and now as a lone practitioner in a multi-disciplinary clinic, she is supported by multiple modalities, within Zenvy Medi Spa.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Jennifer has returned to her graduate College, The International Academy of Applied Health, as an educator for new Massage Therapist’s in the field.

Jennifer has recently set up a college bursary, in the name of her grandmother Dorothy Ruddy, for single parents with children under the age of 12 years old to assist them with their college fees.

Continually improving her skill set, Jennifer offers cupping, taping, myofascial release, hot bamboo massage, Gua Sha as well as Swedish, Prenatal Massage, scar tissue work, along with hydrotherapy.

When she’s not teaching, acting as a clinic supervisor or massaging, Jennifer is at home with her family and Flock.
