Try the I LOVE YOU method massage.
Great for babies who are colic, or when your eating habits have your bathroom schedule a bit messed up.
- Starting with the I, move from your right lower abdomen to your ribs. Press gently but firmly. Repeat 5 times.
- Then do the letter L. Following the I start, now go across your abdomen as well, making a capital letter L. Repeat 5 times.
- Now finish it off with the U. Follow the I and the L path and complete the downward stroke to your left lower abdomen. Repeat 5 times.
If done with the right pressure and slow, soothing strokes, relief is yours!!
